Refund Policy

Scope

RLSProof Launch Verification is a one-time, human-reviewed software-security verification service. The published scope includes reviewed findings, remediation guidance, and fix → re-test evidence. The public price is $149 USD for one verification engagement.

Payment activation is currently pending. Until a live checkout is enabled, no purchase can be completed through the RLSProof page and no payment is collected there. Free NovaTools utilities do not require a purchase and are not covered by this refund policy.

Cancellation before work begins

If a paid order becomes available and you request cancellation before substantial review work begins, contact us promptly through the Contact page. We will review the request against the engagement status, transaction terms, and applicable consumer law.

Work already started or delivered

Because Launch Verification includes human analysis and a deliverable prepared for a specific repository or project, refund eligibility may be reduced once substantial review, remediation analysis, re-testing, or delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a paid service is not delivered as described, is materially defective, or cannot be completed for a reason attributable to us, contact us with the order details and a concise description of the issue so the appropriate remedy can be reviewed.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, or other protections that apply in your country. Where a payment provider or merchant of record grants stronger non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply to the transaction.

How to request a refund

Use the MC NovaTools Contact page and include the email address used for the order, the product or service name, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, API keys, private repository contents, or other secrets.

Read this policy together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a live checkout is later provided by a merchant of record, transaction-specific buyer terms displayed at checkout may also apply.
